This guided meditation invites you into a sacred space of connection with God to align with your truest self as designed by Him.
Beginning with intentional breathing to calm your mind and body, you’ll be gently guided into the Kingdom of Heaven, where God’s presence surrounds and fills you. As you release earthly attachments and distractions, you will immerse yourself in the truth of who you are in Christ, reflecting on Scripture such as John 8:32 and Psalm 139:14.
In this meditative state, you will visualize stepping boldly into the radiant Kingdom of Heaven, where everything God has prepared for you exists in fullness. You’ll engage with the questions: “Who has God created me to be?” and “What does my life look like when I am aligned with His will?” These reflections will help you connect deeply with the vision of your life as your God-aligned self—free, joyful, and purposeful.
Through Holy Spirit’s transformative power, you’ll release doubts, fears, and limitations, making space for God’s truth to take root in your heart, soul, and body. With Scripture like Ephesians 2:10 and Jeremiah 29:11 anchoring this time, you’ll feel empowered to embrace the divine calling God has for you.
Ending with a moment of gratitude and peace, this meditation will leave you with a deep sense of alignment, love, and purpose, carrying this feeling with you as you re-enter your day.

This meditation involves some pre-meditation journaling. Before you begin, take a moment to explore these questions:
- What does fear look like to you personally?
- How do you currently experience fear?
- How could you respond differently, rather than from a place of fear?
Pause the audio now and take some quiet time to write down your thoughts. Once you’ve finished, press play to begin the meditation.
After the introductory prayer, you’ll focus on Deuteronomy 31:8, which says, “The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” We will then ask the Holy Spirit to help you identify the very first negative experience you had with fear.
You will become aware that this fear no longer serves you. Now, you may release it unto Christ at the cross, receiving in exchange His promise that He will never leave you nor forsake you.
Next, take a moment to notice the new thoughts, feelings, and choices emerging as you root and ground yourself in the reality and truth of this scripture.
Finally, with gratitude, remember your new relationship with fear. Picture yourself reacting differently in a situation where fear once debilitated you, and observe what’s now changed.
You will then be asked to recall this feeling as you return to your three-dimensional reality, where you can live out everything you have created.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

Below is a brief explanation of this meditation.
The Bible speaks extensively about the Kingdom of Heaven as a realm where God reigns as King. It’s a place beyond physical existence—beyond space and time—an unseen realm where all possibilities exist in invisible, yet limitless, form.
This Kingdom is filled with God’s goodness, waiting to be tapped into by you. By sending out your clear, desired intention with your thinking mind and drawing its physical manifestation toward you with your feeling heart, you can bring Heaven’s reality into your everyday life.
In essence, the Kingdom of Heaven is the place from which you create, making life on earth as it is in Heaven.
Some of us struggle to connect with the Kingdom of Heaven. This meditation is designed to help you become familiar with this realm, and to realize that everything you will ever need or desire is available here—whether it’s healing, emotional well-being, or improvements in every area of your daily life.
During the meditation, I will first invite you to be silent, breathe, and relax. Then, I will guide you to open the eyes of your spirit, look around, and feel into this expansive, infinite Kingdom.
After you’ve explored and basked in this presence, I will invite you to return to your daily reality as a changed, renewed person.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

The title of this meditation is self-explanatory. After the introductory prayer, you focus your attention on 1 John 1:9, which says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
You then become aware of your intention to partner with God in realizing the freedom He has purchased for you, based on this Word.
Next, you remove and renew anything—known or unknown—that is holding you back from embracing this powerful promise as a personal truth. You project these limitations onto Christ at the cross, allowing every cell of your being to be saturated with love and forgiveness.
You then prayerfully forgive yourself for every feeling of guilt and self-condemnation, allowing that sense of forgiveness to be deeply integrated and rooted within your entire system.
Finally, you will be asked to remember this feeling before returning to your three-dimensional reality, where you can live out all that you have created.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

After the introductory meditation prayer, you’ll focus on Psalm 30:2: “O Lord my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me!” Become aware of the potential for your wholeness in the Kingdom of Heaven and set your intention to be “the healed”—generating a new personality as a child of God, fully whole in His Kingdom realm.
You will then connect with the version of yourself that has already embraced and secured this wholeness. As you do, any old, limiting beliefs that are out of alignment with this new reality can be cleared away.
Next, thank God for reminding you of who you truly are, acknowledging that His Word continues working through you until your transformation is completely fulfilled.
Finally, you will return to your three-dimensional reality, ready to live out all that you have created.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

This meditation involves some pre-meditation journaling. Before you begin, take time to explore the following questions:
- What does grief look like to you personally?
- How do you currently experience and express grief?
- How could you respond differently, instead of feeling overwhelmed by grief and sorrow?
Afterward, create a “thankfulness list” of all the beautiful memories you are grateful to have shared with the person, or in the situation, you have lost.
Pause the audio now and spend some quiet time reflecting on these prompts. Once you’re done, press play to begin the meditation.
After the introductory prayer, you’ll focus on 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17, which says, “Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, who has loved us, and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good word and work.”
Become aware of your intention to address grief and sorrow effectively, and invite the Holy Spirit to activate this promise within your heart, removing every negative emotion tied to your grief.
Allow yourself to experience this new life with a thankful heart, letting your entire system integrate this new version of you. Notice what’s different now and how you feel in this renewed state.
You will then be asked to remember this feeling before returning to your three-dimensional reality, where you can live out all that you have created.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

This meditation is for you if you need to solidify the truth that having wealth is a “God-idea” and that He has already given you His power to live a life of wealth and prosperity.
After the introductory prayer, you will connect with the version of yourself that has fully embodied and secured the ability to achieve wealth. What looks different? What feels different? What sounds different? What do you notice about this new version of you?
Next, you thank God as your mind begins receiving Kingdom updates, clearing out any old beliefs that no longer serve you or align with who you have become.
You then declare within yourself that you have accessed and fully integrated this truth—the power to attain wealth—into your entire being. Allow it to fill every cell of your body, trusting that this integration continues until it is fully activated and complete.
Finally, you return to your three-dimensional reality, ready to live out all that you have created.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

Introduction
Sometimes, when we struggle with our weight, we become discouraged and lose hope that anything will ever improve. We may slip into self-pity, which often leads to apathy and self-sabotaging thoughts that try to convince us we’re fine with how we look—when deep down, we know that we’re not.
This meditation involves some pre-meditation journaling. Take time to ask yourself and write down:
- What do you currently believe about yourself in relation to your weight?
- What do you believe you are able to achieve?
- What do you believe you are NOT able to achieve?
- What are you doing—and not doing—on a daily basis to move toward your ideal weight and size?
- What improvements can you make to help yourself move forward into your unique weight and size?
- What are you currently tolerating that you no longer wish to tolerate in your life?
- What would an upgraded version of yourself look like? (Be as detailed as possible.)
Pause the audio now and take some time to answer these questions before starting the meditation. Once you’re done, press play to continue.
After the introductory meditation prayer, you will focus your attention on 2 Timothy 1:7, which says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
You will begin to embody and activate the highest version of yourself—no longer bound by discouragement or self-sabotage, but walking in power, self-love, and mental clarity to fully express the healthiest, truest version of you.
You will become aware of the thoughts, feelings, and choices of this new version of yourself. Then, you’ll invite the Holy Spirit to merge your spirit with your true being, allowing you to completely embody your authentic self.
Next, you will instruct any old DNA, no longer useful or in alignment with your new identity, to dissolve from your system. As this occurs, your authentic self becomes fully activated in every cell of your body. Declare that you now think, choose, behave, experience life, and feel in every way according to the highest version of yourself in Christ.
Finally, you will return to your three-dimensional reality, ready to live out all that you have created.
I hope you enjoy this meditation.

You’ll reflect on areas where you’ve felt weak or disconnected from God’s truth, allowing those feelings to dissolve in His presence.
