Please submit the following information so we can consider your invitation:

• Inviting person, ministry or church
• Street address:
• City:
• State:
• Zip
• Person, ministry or church phone:
• Dates of event or are you flexible with your date:
• Where would the event be held (city, name of location)

Also, for churches we would ask that the senior pastor or leader that is committed to this event send an email to us (and cc you), including the following:

1. Their name 
2. The name of the church/ministry

Regarding finances, if Melanie accepts the invitation, she will pay her own travel, food and hotel.

Melanie does not have a set price for honorarium or offering but leaves that up to you.
